Shipping, Exchanges and Returns Policy — MWM

1. Shipping

All orders are shipped via our regular carriers within 24-48 business hours of order confirmation (subject to stock issues).

Free shipping on orders over €100 (applicable to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to customs procedures and local taxes (IGIC/IPSI) not included in the product price, which are the customer's responsibility.

Note: in some zones (Portugal, EU) the cost may vary depending on the order's weight/volume; the amount shown is the starting rate. International shipments may be subject to duties, local VAT or customs fees charged by the destination country, which are not included in the price and are not covered by MWM.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with current Spanish consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for returning a product
The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with all its original tags attached.
It must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear or swimsuits if the hygiene seal/tag has been removed.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

How to return an order
Request the return by writing to contact@modwavemovement.com or through your customer account, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will confirm the return address with you.
Package the product properly and take it yourself to the drop-off point we indicate (carrier/branch).
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The amount of the original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Exchanges (size or style)

If you need to exchange for a different size or style:

Write to us at contact@modwavemovement.com stating the product and the desired size/style, within the same 14-calendar-day period.
The product must meet the same conditions as for a return (unused, with tags attached).
The customer takes the product to the drop-off point and MWM covers the cost of that shipment. The cost of shipping the new product is also covered by MWM, unless otherwise agreed or subject to limited stock availability.
If the new size/style is not in stock, it will be handled as a return and refund.

4. Defective products or shipping errors

If the product arrives defective, damaged or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt. In these cases, MWM covers the full cost of the return and reshipment, and you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and applicable regulations).
